The registration fee is 100% refundable for cancellations received at least one month before the course date. For cancellations received between 1 month and 8 days before the event, 50% of the course or seminar fee will be charged. For cancellations received between 7 days and the date of the event, or for any absence, 100% of the course or seminar fee will be charged.
